Human blood groups distinguished by composition and aglutininya aglutinogen. Aglutinogen is the protein in red blood cells that can be coagulated by glutinin.

Aglutinogen there are two kinds of aglutinogen A and B. aglutinogen Aglutinogen is a protein in blood plasma that can crumple aglutinogen. Aglutinogen the antibodies. There are two kinds, namely agglutinin agglutinins A and B.

Classification of blood

A blood can be classified into broad categories according to the ABO system (read: a, b and zero) blood type A, B, AB and O (zero). The following is a table of the ABO system of blood classification based on the presence or absence aglutinogen and agglutinins.

a. Blood type A aglutinogen A agglutinin B.
b. B blood group B agglutinins aglutinogen A.
c. AB blood type A and B agglutinins aglutinogen no.
d. Blood type O aglutinogen no agglutinins A and B.

To test the use of serum anti-blood group A and anti-B serum with the following information:

a. Ditetasi serum anti-A blood clot while in B does not, then including blood type A.
b. Ditetasi serum blood does not clot while anti-A anti B serum ditetasi clot, then including blood type B.
